Questions owners ask us

Will the replies sound like AI wrote them?

They'd better not — generic responses put customers off, and that defeats the purpose. Replies reference what the reviewer actually said, in the tone you'd use yourself. During setup we learn your voice, and you can ask us to adjust it anytime.

What happens with angry or unfair reviews?

Those are the ones we're most careful with. The reply acknowledges the experience, never argues, and offers to make it right — and a human checks every one before it posts. A good response to a bad review is read by every future customer.

Do I need to install anything?

No. You send one manager invite from your Google Business Profile and you're done. There's no app, no login, no dashboard you'll feel guilty about ignoring.

Can I approve replies before they go out?

Yes — some owners approve everything for the first couple of weeks, then hand it over once they trust the voice. Negative-review replies are always checked regardless.

What if I cancel?

You remove our access from your Google listing and stop being billed. Every reply already posted stays on your profile — it's yours.
